At the ISSA Cleaning & Hygiene Expo 2023, our clients Hako, Team Software, and Godfreys needed exhibition stands for lead generation and conversion optimisation. These stands aimed to provide an engaging brand experience through innovative marketing elements to help grow their brands. Let’s explore further.
The ISSA Cleaning & Hygiene Expo 2023 is Australia’s only dedicated cleaning and hygiene event. Held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibit Centre on 1-2 November, this event showcases yearly the latest advancements in the cleaning industry. This is an annual event hosted by the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA).
HAKO at the ISSA Cleaning & Hygiene Expo
Hako went with 8 graphic sections printed with their brand messaging on backwalls, fences, and counters. To maximise lead generation and conversion, HD screens playing infomercials were hung at eye-level sections of the backwalls. These back walls were also printed with Hako’s branding.
The front edge of the stand was occupied with displays of Hako’s ride-on and walk-behind floor scrubbers, polishers, sanitisers, sweepers and vacuum cleaning machines to highlight them to visiting attendees. The setup allowed people to inspect all displayed products up close. Hako’s brand logo was rigged and elevated to be seen even from a distance.
The stand’s beautified design, partnered with strategically positioned branding captivated attendees into checking the stand and conversing with Hako marketers at the spacious booth. Hako even took the beautifully printed signages with them, with the intent of displaying them in their office, or to use them for future endeavours.
Team Software at the ISSA Cleaning & Hygiene Expo
Team Software was given a versatile structure by Expo Centric which was configured for display and consultation.
The structure of the stand was curved and adorned with sleek-looking white panels, and printed graphics bearing the client’s branding. HD screens were stationed both outside and in, to capture the attention of visitors the moment they pass by the stand. A spacious consultation area with coffee tables and stools are stationed inside for more comfortable conversations between marketers and visitors.
Plasma screens showed content and infomercials, and a space with tables and seats were set up to encourage discussions between marketers and visitors.
The stand’s strategic layout catered to Team Software’s needs, which was to maximise generating leads while in the ISSA expo. The attractive design provided a comfortable space for visitors to relax while marketers presented them with the Team Software pitch.
Godfreys at the ISSA Cleaning & Hygiene Expo
Godfreys’ were set to display their product line of ride-on and walk-behind floor scrubbers, polishers, sanitisers, sweepers and vacuum cleaning machines.
An attractive component of the stand was a beautiful lightbox enclosed in a custom archway, positioned at the back of the stand. Beside it was a tall brand tower with a HD screen flashing the brand’s message and offerings. The lightbox and the tall brand tower were intentionally positioned side by side at the rear of the stand. This design effectively conveyed the client’s message and was designed to be visually appealing.
The remaining section of the stand was spacious enough to display products and have people move around freely in the stand. This allowed visitors to touch, hop-on, and test the products themselves.
These three are examples of functional stands to make brands look professional. We used existing materials we have, to adjust with tight budgets and creating maximum impact for our ecstatic clients.
