THE EVENT

The Gartner Symposium 2022 held from 12 – 14th September at Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre is a premier event for IT leaders and executives from across the globe. Hosted by Gartner, a leading research and advisory company, the symposium offers an opportunity for technology providers to showcase their solutions and services to a targeted audience of decision-makers.

The event brings together thousands of attendees from various industries, including IT, finance, healthcare, and government. The symposium features a range of keynote presentations, workshops, and networking events, providing attendees with an opportunity to learn about the latest trends and innovations in technology.

Exhibiting at the Gartner Symposium is a strategic opportunity for technology providers to showcase their products and services to a highly targeted audience. THE BRIEF

RingCentral approached Expo Centric, with a brief for their exhibition stand at Gartner Symposium 2022. They wanted a 6x6sqm island stand which included an LED screen, extended branding, demonstration stations, audio-visual screens, and meeting spaces. The brief also included the requirement for a custom timber slat wall feature, walk-in storage room, custom demo pods, and meeting areas. Extended graphics and overhead branding were to be the highlight of the stand.

THE BUILD

Expo Centric began working on the design of the stand with the given brief. They created a 3D visual of the stand, which showcased the custom timber slat wall feature and extended branding. The demo pods and meeting areas were designed to maximize the use of space and create an open and inviting environment. The stand also included a walk-in storage room, which would allow RingCentral’s team to store their products and materials securely. 

One of the challenges faced by the Expo Centric team was the shift in contact points throughout the build process.  Despite this challenge, the team worked collaboratively with RingCentral’s new contacts to ensure that the project was delivered on time and within budget.

THE FEATURES

The stand was designed to make a bold statement, with an eye-catching custom timber slat wall feature that served as the backdrop for the LED screen. The feature walls were designed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while also providing a clear visual connection to RingCentral’s brand identity.

One of the standout features of the RingCentral exhibition stand was the custom demo pods. These pods were designed to provide an immersive experience for visitors, allowing customers to engage with RingCentral’s solutions. Each pod was equipped with a TV, making it easy for staff to demonstrate the features and benefits of RingCentral’s solutions.

The stand also featured two meeting areas, designed to provide a comfortable and private space for visitors to connect with RingCentral staff and learn more about the company’s solutions. These areas were strategically placed throughout the stand, allowing them to be integrated within the space without impacting traffic flow..

To further enhance the stand’s impact, RingCentral incorporated extended graphics throughout the space. This included custom branding on the demo pods, as well as additional messaging and visuals on the walls. The result was a cohesive and visually striking experience that clearly communicated RingCentral’s brand identity and value proposition to visitors.

THE RESULT

The stand exceeded RingCentral’s expectations. The team was able to deliver a stand that was both functional and visually stunning. RingCentral’s team was impressed with the quality of the stand and the level of service provided by Expo Centric.
