Indo Pacific 2025 docked at ICC Sydney with serious naval energy: 80+ nations, three packed days, and a theme anchored in “Strength at Sea = Security and Prosperity at Home.” As the region’s largest maritime defence expo, it’s where sovereign capability and global partnerships take centre stage every two years.
In a hall filled with shipbuilders, government delegations, and defence innovators, our five clients made their presence unmistakable. Austal, Investment NSW, Defence NT, EPSA × CAT, and QinetiQ delivered capability-led stands engineered for visibility, relevance, and the right conversations.

QinetiQ: Turning a Back-Hall Corner into a Command Centre
A new Expo Centric client, QinetiQ arrived with a brief that demanded sensory punch, and their 12×6 m stand delivered. A 3.5×2.5m immersive LED zone sat at the core, supported by mirrored panels, modular Aluvision frames, and hero models like Hammerhead and Dragonfire. Popcorn, barista coffee, and Melbourne Cup streaming added irresistible dwell-time gravity.
Placed directly opposite the Theatrette, the stand turned keynote surges into constant engagement. For a debut, QinetiQ made the back hall feel like prime frontage.

Austal: Shipbuilding Strength Meets Show Floor Clarity
A long-term Expo Centric partner, Austal returned with a 12×12m stand built to highlight sovereign shipbuilding capability with precision. Hero vessel models took centre stage, framed by digital fleet storytelling and a curved architectural profile that echoed Austal’s design DNA.
Two meeting rooms, the Autonomy Console making its world debut, and open hospitality breakout zones kept procurement and navy conversations flowing all day. Austal doesn’t need theatrics: just clean capability, delivered at full force.

Investment NSW: The Innovation Precinct of the Show
Returning as Expo Centric’s client and the principal sponsor of Indo Pacific 2025, Investment NSW anchored the hall with a full-scale innovation precinct featuring over 30 co-exhibitor spaces. The pavilion gave SMEs and emerging technologies the visibility and equal footing they deserve on a global defence stage.
VR exploration, robotics demos, state showcases, and a barista station kept traffic high from open to close. Under the NSW halo banners, companies pitched, met, and built connections in a space designed for discovery and momentum.
DefenceNT: The Northern Territory’s Defence Engine, Front and Centre
A long-standing Expo Centric client, DefenceNT arrived with a stand built like an open harbour: bright, inviting, and structured for continuous flow. Illuminated co-exhibitor pods, expansive NT landscape visuals, and capability showcases highlighted how the Territory “punches above its weight” across the defence supply chain.
With a full-service coffee bar and constant delegations moving through, the pavilion became a steady docking point for decision-makers navigating the show floor.

EPSA × CAT: Small Footprint, Big Power
New to Expo Centric, EPSA × CAT entered Indo Pacific with two challenges: a compact footprint and a structural column splitting the stand. The solution? Make both work harder. High signage and a fully wrapped column turned a constraint into a vertical storytelling asset visible from across the aisle.
Marine engine models, a bridge-control demo station, generator systems, digital dashboards, and a “Tougher Than Ever” product wall showcased CAT’s propulsion power with clarity. Even with a small footprint, the stand commanded attention the moment visitors spotted the CAT yellow.
