Hair Festival 2025 lit up ICC Sydney with over 90 exhibitors, 9 live competitions, and 2 stages, spotlighting the latest in salon innovation. Expo Centric was behind three of the event’s most talked-about exhibition stands, delivering custom builds for Wahl, Phorest, and Ozdare.
Each brand offered a distinct experience: Wahl pulled crowds with live styling, Phorest led with smart salon tech, and Ozdare brought biotech to life through hands-on demos. Backed by our strategic design and seamless delivery, all three stood out for the right reasons, proving that great stand design drives real results.
Wahl: The Booth With a Barbershop Edge
For Wahl’s return to Hair Festival, we created a 6x8m space that not only looked sharp but also performed. With bold black tones, mirrored styling stations, and a live demo zone, we brought the premium barbershop feel to the floor.
The layout encouraged both stylist engagement and spectator flow, while retail-ready counters kept the brand front and centre. Purpose-built and packed with presence, the stand reinforced Wahl’s leadership without saying a word.

Ozdare: Beauty Backed by Biotech, Built by Us
For K18’s science-driven message, we crafted a 9x6m stand that fused style with credibility. Gradient walls, striking visuals, and a hero LED screen drew attention, while a fully functioning salon setup let the product do the talking.
Retail towers, sample counters, and intuitive flow turned interest into orders. Every detail was built with purpose—to show that when innovation feels this real, it sticks.
