When the Brisbane Truck Show 2025 opened its doors this week, Expo Centric was already miles ahead—delivering five powerhouse exhibition stands for some of the industry’s biggest names: PACCAR, Caltex, Cummins, Eaton, and Hella.
With over 40,000 attendees and more than 300 exhibitors across 30,000+ sqm of exhibition space, BTS remains the crown jewel of the transport and heavy vehicle calendar, and Expo Centric brought the horsepower.
PACCAR: 1,668 sqm of Trucking Theatre
PACCAR has been a long-time collaborator—a relationship that spans over a decade—and this year’s 64x38m mega-stand was built for impact. Designed to feel more like a motor show than a trade fair, the space featured Kenworth and DAF models with full walkaround access, raised decks, and immersive tech zones like PACCAR Powertrain.
A sprawling hospitality hub with a barista bar, LED walls, and lush greenery transformed business conversations into memorable brand experiences. Every square metre was designed with a purpose—because that’s how we roll with PACCAR.

Caltex: Corner Block, Big Play
New client Caltex came in hot with a compact 9x7m stand that punched well above its footprint. Built for both B2B and B2C engagement, the space delivered a high-impact showcase for Caltex StarCard and Caltex Lubricants.
We packed in LED walls, sleek product displays, and iPad kiosks for live activation, proving once again: strategy beats size. Caltex wanted premium and immersive—we delivered.

Cummins: A Powertrain First
For Cummins, this year marked a strategic shift. For the first time ever, the centrepiece of their BTS stand was the Integrated Powertrain—on full display and unveiled to the Australian public for the very first time.
We wrapped their 13x15m space around the “Power Onward” message, with massive engine displays, touchscreen tech, and a careers wall that attracted not just buyers, but future talent.
Every visual was dialled in. Every touchpoint was deliberate. This wasn’t just a booth—it was a brand experience engineered to convert.

Eaton: Familiar Form, Smarter Flow
Eaton’s 15x11m space was a masterclass in evolution, not revolution. Building off their successful 2023 layout, we delivered a clean, high-impact stand with strategic updates: refined flow, crisper graphics, and a more interactive product zone.
Less flash, more substance. Visitors stayed longer, engaged more, and left with clarity. That’s the power of purposeful design.

Hella: Focused and Front-Loaded
Located at the entry to the Great Hall, Hella’s 12x8m product-led stand was all about clarity and calm confidence. A reimagined version of their 2023 booth, this iteration blended familiar elements with refreshed impact—curved structures, blue accents, and illuminated branding.
Right at the front. Right on message.

Built to Perform. Designed to Deliver.
From show-stopping scale to agile strategy, Expo Centric’s BTS 2025 lineup showed what happens when creative, commercial, and customer-focused design come together. These stands didn’t just look great—they worked hard for the brands they represented.
Thinking about your next show? Let’s build something unforgettable.
