Powering its exhibition presence to champion a greener future, eLumina underscored excellence at Mobility Live 2024 with a clear-cut 6x10m stand—a strategic enlargement from its previous 6x6m space at the Smart Energy Expo. This expanded platform, designed with the same intention to position the brand at the forefront of the electric vehicle (EV) sector, emerged as an inviting space that spotlighted cutting-edge charging solutions.
Expo Centric, the creative mind behind the sprawling booth, played a pivotal role in enhancing eLumina’s success, this time at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from 30-31 October. As a visionary exhibition company, we crafted a spacious environment highlighting the brand’s commitment to sustainable innovation. From its well-structured layout that facilitated effective large-scale product displays to interactive features that engaged attendees about the brand, the stand was a finely tuned showcase reflecting how eLumina embraces the future of transportation.
Challenges
After its fully charged participation at the Smart Energy Expo, eLumina wanted to build upon its initial stand design to establish the brand’s united front within the renewable energy and EV sectors.
Following the goal of continuing the messaging from the previous show, Expo Centric used its existing setup to showcase eLumina’s vision of a larger floorplan. This required broadening the layout for a more dominant space intended for additional large-scale equipment and interaction zones. The proposed strategic space enhancement was set to reinforce eLumina’s leadership position in the industry.
The Build
As guests stepped into the streamlined setting of eLumina’s 6x10m stand, they were welcomed with an expansive, product-centric space. Each display, from the Battery Energy Storage Systems prominently placed on a corner plinth to advanced EV charging models situated on the key areas of the stand, conveyed a story of innovation and sustainability.
These notable product exhibits were complemented by dedicated engagement areas where stakeholders and visitors alike discovered more about the brand and its offerings.
The stand featured an oversized curved graphic panel, functioning as a striking backdrop that doubled as a screen wall, brochure holder, and storage area. This framed the main seating discussion area where the products on the plinth, along with the D1 EV charger positioned centrally within the booth, remained in clear view for discussion.
In another corner of the space, the reception counter stood out beside an eye-catching graphic wall where guests gained insights into eLumina’s innovations through an engaging mounted TV display and informative brochures. This area was strategically placed adjacent to the D2 and L200 models, emphasising the stand’s focus on a seamless layout that facilitated intentional flow from one end to another to effectively highlight product showcases and visitor engagement.

Expansive EV Charging System Displays
To emphasise the significance of the brand’s latest charging solutions, eLumina’s Mobility Live 2024 stand was designed to focus on product showcases. It turned into a dynamic hub featuring spacious floor areas dedicated to the D1, D2, and L1000 charging systems for electric vehicles.
eLumina’s battery energy storage systems provide the highest level of safety, thermal stability, and reliability, with scale models placed on a standalone plinth highlighting their innovative offerings to ensure each product receives the attention it deserves.
This thoughtful layout for the showcase areas maximised visibility, allowing attendees to fully appreciate eLumina’s cutting-edge EV charging technology.
Spacious Engagement Zones:
Perfectly blending simplicity and functionality, the stand’s strategically placed discussion areas fostered fruitful interactions between eLumina staff and stakeholders.
Seating Area:
The central seating zone, complete with an expansive networking table and stools, encouraged dynamic conversations about the diverse product displays throughout the stand, which were all easily visible from this focal point.
Graphic Walls:
The graphic walls, equipped with TV screens and brochure holders, transformed into informative nooks within the stand where visitors accessed a range of resources that deepened their understanding of the products and their specifications.
Reception Counter:
This welcoming area provided a friendly introduction for guests and served as a starting point for meaningful exchanges about eLumina’s sustainable innovations.
Results
The electrifying transformation of eLumina’s stand from Smart Energy Expo to Mobility Live 2024 underscored the brand’s adaptability in the fast-paced world of EV solutions, even on the exhibition floor.
