At a Glance

  • Client: Fujifilm Business Innovation
  • Event: EduTECH 2025
  • Objective: Showcase the Fujivision digital signage ecosystem
  • Solution: Immersive, multi-zone 6x6m stand

Education, Reimagined

Forget static screens, clunky projectors, and quiet corners. EduTECH 2025 put the spotlight on the future of learning, and Fujifilm showed what it could look like in real time.

With Fujivision, its end-to-end digital signage ecosystem, Fujifilm set out to demonstrate how schools, universities, and institutions can communicate more dynamically. But a message like that needs more than a demo; it needs an experience.

That’s where Expo Centric came in.

We built a compact 6x6m stand that delivered big on interaction, visibility, and flow. From floating LED visuals to interactive elements that encouraged hands-on engagement, every feature was selected to pull visitors in and give them a glimpse of smarter learning in action.

The Strategy Behind the Stand

  • The Challenge: Create a compact stand that turns a signage platform into a live education experience
  • The Approach: Design a multi-sensory layout with purposeful product staging and seamless UX
  • The Result: A high-traffic build that delivered visibility, sparked energy, and sustained brand momentum.

Inside the Fujivision Ecosystem

Smart Displays Engineered for Impact

  • Transparent LED Display: Floating visuals placed at the entrance to draw attention before entry
  • LED Banner on Wheels: Portable, dynamic signage that framed the space and extended reach
  • ITV 120” Display: Oversized, high-res display for anchoring brand storytelling
  • Videri Wall: Slim, cloud-connected screens showing scalable content control
  • LED Dancefloor: Motion-reactive zone that sparked spontaneous interaction
  • Photo Kiosk: A branded touchscreen interface with real-time photo printing

Proof Points for Marketing Decision-Makers

This project showed what’s possible when experience design is driven by intent. For marketing teams focused on performance, here’s what stood out:

  • Immersive builds generate attention and hold it
  • Product staging is strategic, not decorative
  • Compact stands can punch above their weight
  • Modularity and reusability stretch campaign value

Fujivision, Framed by Strategy

Fujifilm came to EduTECH with a clear message: digital signage can do more. Our job was to make that message feel real.

Every square metre of the stand was designed to work hard: moving people, shaping perception, and turning product demos into brand moments.
